OUR QUALITY POLICY

KALFRELEC SA, active in the fields of Civil Engineering, MEP, PREFA, Concrete Plant, Wood Joinery, Aluminium, Metal, Special Foundations, has resolutely and sustainably committed itself to a continuous improvement approach to its Quality Management System.

A proper understanding of our customers' requirements and satisfaction, the solid and ongoing work of a humanly evolved and materially modern company, constitute the very essence of this approach which aims for the development and sustainability of the company, by meeting the following objectives:

  • Improving customer satisfaction;

  • Improving the quality of our services;

  • Improving the skills and capabilities of our staff through the implementation of training actions and monitoring of their individual performance;

  • Organizational knowledge management;

  • The preservation of the health and safety of our staff from the risks associated with our profession;

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable requirements in this area;

  • Periodic analysis of the progress of action plans;

  • Evaluating the performance of our suppliers.

In order to achieve these objectives, the General Management of KALFRELEC SA ensures their compatibility with its strategic orientation, while taking into account its internal and external challenges and the expectations and needs of relevant interested parties.

Each employee must be aware of the importance of their contribution to achieving the objectives and must be involved in implementing the actions that contribute to them. To this end, management staff have a duty to:

  • Communicating about the quality approach;

  • Facilitate this participatory approach by encouraging the involvement of its employees;

  • To promote the evolution of our methods and practices with a view to constantly improving their effectiveness;

  • Ensure the conformity and consistency of their process with respect to internal requirements and customer requirements;

  • Gather relevant information regarding the functioning of its process.

I am committed to providing the necessary resources to achieve the established objectives and ensuring their effectiveness and relevance over time. My commitment involves leveraging all departmental resources to achieve the success of projects that concern all KALFRELEC SA stakeholders.
